Carlos de Assis Carrilho studied Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture of the Technical University of Lisbon, as well as Art and Museum Education at the National Society of Fine Arts, at AR.CO – Center for Art and Visual Communication and at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
Since 1997 he has been collaborating with several institutions as a Cultural Mediator in the field of Art History and Theory, Architecture, Design, Landscape Architecture and Gardens, namely some of the most prestigious in Portugal, including the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, the National Museum of Ancient Art and the Centro Cultural de Belém, as well as with Universities and teaching institutions of different school levels.
Creates and conceives artistic mediation activities for different audiences of all ages.
